BASKIN ROBBINS CONE

Pretend you’re a kid again and treat yourself to an ice cream cone this week. Baskin Robbins is known for its 31 flavors, including this month’s featured flavor, Golden Oreo Gold Rush. Lemon custard ice cream and Oreo icing ribbon, topped with nuggets of Golden Oreo cookie pieces make this dessert irresistible. Baskin Robbins claims “it’s a flavor worth its weight in gold,” but a single scoop cone will only set you back three bucks.
ROCKY MOUNTAIN CARAMEL APPLE

No need to go to the county fair to snag an old fashioned caramel apple. Start with a perfectly ripe Granny Smith apple, dip it in thick, bubbly, chewy caramel and the result is a perfect contrast of sweet and tart, crispy and gooey. If you’re feeling generous, cut it into pieces and share with your kids. $5.25 per apple.
CINNAMON PRODUCTIONS SOUP OF THE DAY

This family-style bakery/coffee shop is known for its amazing baked goods, but there’s more to the menu than sweet-smelling cinnamon rolls and bagels. For $4.95, you can enjoy a bowl of the delicious soup of the day. Varieties include Tex Mex Corn Chowder, Tomato Bisque, Creamy Tortilla or Clam Chowder soup.

Not to be confused with another popular coffee drink that ends in “ccino,” a Mocha Brueggaccino is a frozen blended drink that uses the finest coffee beans from Green Mountain Coffee. When you’ve had a long day and need something both energizing and sweet, this treat is just the right pick-me-up for under five bucks.

When OC Burger Co., first opened its doors last year, the goal was simple: provide a quality, tasty burger at an affordable price. Hence the signature OC Burger, one-third pound hamburger made with 100 percent Angus Beef and topped with a special sauce.
