'You Should Die,' But He's Going to Jail

A young man states the obvious, but his vision for your eternal rest should begin sooner rather than later.

Even if you think people should die, you might want to keep those thoughts to yourself.

But apparently, one man couldn't do that while near Lago Santa Margarita and the adjacent shopping center.

According to the blotter of the Orange County Sheriff's Department, Devon Kahlil Moore, 20, made people plenty uncomfortable when he began his Sunday rant, allegedly yelling and screaming that the Rancho Santa Margarita locals who were within earshot should perish.

If the natural order of things were allowed to play out, those people should die, eventually, but expiring from old age isn't what Moore was promoting.

On the 9-1-1 call, there was also a concern Moore may have been on drugs.

The muscular Moore, who wasn't wearing a shirt at the time, was taken into custody and is being held on $20,000 bond at the Intake Release Center.
