Santa Margarita Catholic girls' basketball won the school's 49th Southern Section title on Friday with a 53-41 victory over top-seeded Inglewood in the finals of the Division 3A championship at Godinez High.
Zaire Williams led the way with 18 points as Santa Margarita overcame an 11-point third quarter deficit to win its third section title in girls basketball.
Freshman Tori Anderson had 13 points for the Eagles.
