Approaching Storm Brings 100% Chance of Rain Friday
Hail is possible, forecasters say, as a cold Pacific storm moves through the region.
A cold Pacific storm is approaching the area, bringing with it increasing clouds and a high today near 61, according to the National Weather Service.
There is a 40% chance of rain tonight in Rancho Santa Margarita, mainly after 11 p.m. The low tonight is expected to be around 49.
On Friday, rain is sure thing, with thunderstorms and small hail possible after 11 a.m., forecasters say. It will be windy, with guests as high as 30 mph. The chance of rain drops to 50% Friday night, when the low will fall to around 43.
The sun will return to RSM on Saturday, forecasters say, when the area will see a high near 61.
