1. City council members that the Army will fully support Jesse Petrilla's attempt to continue to govern in the city—attend council meetings and participate in budget discussions—via teleconference and in compliance with the Brown Act. He must report to Fort Knox, KY on Feb. 22 for 3-1/2 months of training with the California Army National Guard.
