Fitness Expert Kathy Smith to Work Out in Rancho Santa Margarita

Kathy Smith will be in Rancho Santa Margarita on Monday as part of the International Council on Active Aging Week.

Kathy Smith will be the focal point on Monday when SAMLARC and the city of Rancho Santa Margarita kick off the International Council on Active Aging Week.

Smith, the celebrity fitness expert, will headline a free fitness event for all ages on Monday at the Bell Tower Regional Community Center.

“I’ll be 60 this year,” Smith said. “Whether you’re 50, 60, or over 80, now is the perfect time to get active. As far as I’m concerned, age is a state of mind.”
