The first long weekend of the summer is upon us. For those of you staying in town, here are a few ideas of what to do.

Why go: A huge art and music festival also dedicated to promoting sustainable living  
Pricing: $80 for a day pass, parking fees vary


Where/When: , 26801 Ortega Highway, San Juan Capistrano; 11 a.m. Saturday
Why go: Learn some historical facts and have fun with the family while on this treasure hunt. 
Pricing: Free with paid admission: $9 for adults, $8 for seniors 60 and over, $5 for children ages 4 to 11, free for children 3 and younger

Why go: Everyone is invited to the wreath-laying ceremony, to remember our fallen servicemen and -women.

Why go: Residents can meet the men of HMLA-367, San Clemente’s adopted  Marine Corps squadron.
