RSM Biz Sells A Mega Millions Winner Worth $179K

Tuesday night's winning numbers provided a nice booty. A Rancho Santa Margarita Circle K sold a ticket that matched all but the Mega number.

One ticket with all six numbers in Tuesday night's multi-state Mega Millions draw was sold at a Pomona water store.

The ticket's owner must decide whether to accept the estimated cash value of $24.2 million or receive 26 annual payments of approximately $1.23 million each before taxes.

A little closer to home, a California Lottery official said that a Circle K market at 31521 Santa Margarita Parkway in  Rancho Santa Margarita sold one of four tickets that had five numbers—but not the Mega number—and is worth $179,442.

The numbers drawn were 2, 14, 29, 53, 55 and the Mega number was 31. The estimated jackpot was $32 million.

The drawing was the fourth since the last time a ticket with all six numbers was sold.

The Mega Millions game is played in 42 states, the District of Columbia and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

The jackpot for Friday's draw will be $12 million.
