Razani was a resident of Aliso Viejo, a 2005 graduate of Aliso Niguel High, and 2008 graduate of Saddleback College. He was 25.

An attempt to reach Razani's father, Mike, has been unsuccessful.

of a self-inflicted gunshot, not long after leaving a Facebook message asking forgiveness and then a photo of a handgun on his lap.

The messages and missing persons report led to a large search and rescue beginning about 1:30 p.m.; he was found about five hours later by a K-9 unit on a ridge about 100 yards from his vehicle parked in Trabuco Canyon on Holy Jim Trail.

He also left a countdown on his Twitter account, beginning with "10" then "9" on down to Aug. 21—six days before he actually killed himself. On August 19, he left the message "3 more (expletive) days man (expletive)". On August 20, "Tomorrow is the day... :-/" and on August 20: "Today is the day." There was no indication on his Twitter account what the countdown was in reference to.

What is WRONG with this rag? This young man and his grieving family deserve more respect than to be remembered for the way he died. Who writes your headlines? You are unfit to be published.
