RSM Neighbor Makes National 'Best Dressed' List
Three Orange County cities, including one you'd never guess, make a real estate blog's national list of the top 10 best dressed small cities.
Bloggers for the national real estate site Movoto ranked three Orange County cities -- Newport Beach, Westminster and Mission Viejo -- among the best dressed in the country.
Tustin was close at 14th on the list, and Lake Forest was not too shabby at 43rd. Rancho Santa Margarita has too small a population to qualify.
First, they drew up a list of 153 small cities with populations between 99,999 and 75,000. Then they ranked the cities by the following five statistics:
- High-end fashion stores per capita
- High-end shoe stores per capita
- High-end jewelry stores per capita
- Tailors per capita
- Dry cleaners per capita
No one would be surprised that Santa Monica came in first, but who knew Orange County was so fashionable?
