Country Rock on Tap In Evening Concert

Rodeo Drive continues the Summer Concert Series at Central Park. Donations are being sought to benefit Rancho Santa Margarita's adopted 2/5 Marines.

The Summer Concert Series continues Sunday at Central Park in Rancho Santa Margarita.

Rodeo Drive, a country rock band, will perform beginning at 6 p.m. on the amphitheater stage, which last week attracted about 3,000 to hear stadium anthem rock provided by World Tour.

The concerts are scheduled to run for two hours. They are sponsored by the city, SAMLARC and realtors Flo Bullock and John Russell.

The event also provides an opportunity for residents to contribute to Operation Help-A-Hero's "Operation Rack Pack" barracks drive. Residents are asked to bring items that can be provided for the city's adopted 2/5 Marines at Camp Pendleton in welcome home care packages.
