Blind Pig Opens Wednesday in Mercado del Lago
Rancho Santa Margarita's newest restaurant takes full advantage of its stunning view of the lake.
With a stunning use of the patio view of Lago Santa Margarita, the Blind Pig Kitchen and Bar opens Wednesday in the Mercado del Lago.
The speakeasy themed restaurant is open for lunch from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The bar is open 11 a.m. to midnight on weekdays and 1 a.m. on weekends.
It is open for dinner from 5-10 p.m.
It is closed Monday.
The owners are Tony Monaco and Jarryd Graaff.
