Food Trucks: Chicken Wings and Sliders, Asian Style

What's on the menu for Wednesday's food truck stop at Trabuco Hills High.

Love food trucks? Every Wednesday from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., Trabuco Hills High hosts a few creative chefs. Here are this week's trucks:

Belly Bombz: If you like chicken wings, sliders and fries with an Asian twist, this is your truck. Dishes include Crispy Pork Belly SlidersSriracha Lime Wings and Bacon Fried Rice.

Crepes Bonaparte: Crepes, of course, both sweet and savory. The menu includes caprese, King Brie, and the Al Capone (fresh blackberries and sweetened mascarpone cheese topped with whipped cream and a chocolate drizzle).

Calbi BBQ: A Mexican food/Korean BBQ mashup in the Kogi style. Look for short rib tacos, kimchi quesadillas and tofu burritos.

The Grilled Cheese Truck: If you can name a way to melt cheese on bread, they've probably done it. Sandwiches include the Buffalo Chicken Melt (habanero jack and crumbled bleu cheese with spicy roasted Buffalo chicken and celery coleslaw) and the Cheesy Mac and Rib (macaroni and sharp cheddar with BBQ pork and caramelized onions).

The Flip Truck: A rotating menu of healthy sliders (you know—tiny hamburgers). Some choices have included the vegetarian Zeenee Panini (mozzarella, tomato, pesto and balsamic aioli on mini grilled sourdough) and the Greek God (beef, tzatziki sauce, red onion and aioli on a brioche roll).
