Eating a fish taco is like a rite of passage in Orange County, don’t you think?

Those of us 35 and above probably remember our first fish taco. A transplant from Baja California, it didn’t really hit our taste buds until the early ’90s.

Now that’s they’ve been around for a while, they’ve taken on a life of their own. They’re practically a restaurant category unto themselves. And variety? That’s easy to find.
