Hungry for new meal ideas that are nutritious and delicious? Monthly cooking class taught by Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and author of, "No Excuses! 50 Healthy Ways To ROCK Breakfast!". This month we focus on spring veggies and creating meals that are full of flavor, easy to make, and will leave you satisfied. Address given upon RSVP. Please respond by Wednesday evening.
