A New Real Estate Shift Again?

Hold on! Are you ready for another shift in the real estate market again. The blazing sellers market seems to be transitioning to a buyers market again. Over the last three weeks we have seen an amazing increase in the number of new homes on the market. This means the buyers out there have more to choose from and don't have to worry about competing with 5 other buyers every time they submit an offer. Are we getting back to the new normal? The number of homes on the market has doubled since March of this year. There are still plenty of buyers out there but the frenzy seems to have subsided for the time being.
