Community Update
Since management/ownership (not exactly sure) changed with this group, my family and my experiences have been rife with poor follow up on referrals, call backs, and billing issues. Being finally frustrated to the point of feeling the need to call in and share the displeasure, I spoke with the office manager whose attitude made it very evident that she was more bothered with the fact that she was receiving criticism than she was in addressing the frustrations of a patient.
