Plastic shopping bags are getting a bad rap. They are probably one of the most re-cycled products used today. Next time you see someone walking their dog, what are they carring? If the bags are banned what will people use when they walk thei dogs or can the cat box. Yes every once and a while you do see one blowing in the wind or stuck in a tree, but thats rare.
