Toll Roads Strobe Light

I just got off the phone with the Toll Roads representative who tells me that the system at Tomato Springs Road is functioning properly. The flashing strobe lights in your eyes causing temporary night blindness is a NORMAL FUNCTIONING aspect of the new system that uses your transponder AND takes photos of the front and back of your vehicle. Because using your transponder and taking photos of those who don't beep was NOT good enough. This is RIDICULOUS.
