Orange County Sheriff deputies took a 25-year-old deliveryman into custody Monday for allegedly slashing tires in his neighborhood.
According to the blotter of the Orange County Sheriff's Department, Paul Michael Ohnemus was allegedly seen committing the act of vandalism by a neighbor before leaving for his apartment building.
The call was made at 5:30 p.m., from Amistosa.
The Porta-Potty was right there
An informant contacted police services to report three men were hanging around a Porta-Potty smoking and spitting. The witness also indicated that one of the men urinated behind the Porta-Potty instead of inside it which, of course, is what it was designed for.
The call was made at 8:55 a.m., from Las Castanetas.
Don't park your bike on a bridge
A concerned resident contacted OCSD because of a bicycle that was parked at the Santa Margarita Bridge. The resident thought it was suspicious because of the bridge's history of people jumping off it. The OCSD helicopter was unable to locate anything suspicious under the bridge.
