Girl suffers nervous breakdown
Parents had their hands full Friday morning with a daughter who may have been having a nervous breakdown. While the 16-year-old's father was on the phone with dispatchers during a 9-1-1 call, the mother was trying to prevent the girl from locking herself in the bathroom. The girl had in her possession a razor blade and the parents were concerned she may attempt to kill herself. Deputies quickly gained control of the situation and, seven minutes after their arrival, the girl was transported to Mission Hospital.
The call came Friday, 7:04 a.m., from the 21000 block of Wood Hollow Lane.
