Double Murder Suspect to Appear in Court Friday

Justin Tombleson is accused of stabbing two men to death outside a Lake Forest restaurant in 2011.

A Lake Forest man accused of stabbing two Mission Viejo men to death in 2011 with a pocket knife is scheduled to appear in court Friday. 

It's the latest in a long string of court appearances for , 30, who has been in custody in Santa Ana since June of last year when he was arrested on murder charges.

During a early-hours fight on June 11 in the parking lot of the , a 24-hour Mexican eatery near Rockfield Boulevard, Tombleson allegedly stabbed Elvis Kechechian, a , and .

Tombleson, who was 28 at the time of the fight, is charged with .

The hearing Friday is the final appearance scheduled for the Lake Forest man before his October , which was set earlier this year.

No one sounded innocent in this case...from the girlfriend to the rude, spitting brothers to Tombleson! The only innocent people are the patrons and employees of the restaurant. No one had to die. It was a domino effect of arrogance and hate! Sick!
