Monday, about 10 p.m., the woman looked through a window and saw a man fondling himself outside her home in the 23900 block of Juaneno Drive, said Orange County sheriff's Lt. Jeff Hallock.
Her 29-year-old husband chased Green down the block, then jumped into the bed of the suspect's pickup truck to try to stop his escape, the lieutenant said. The suspect jumped out of the vehicle and allegedly assaulted the husband, Hallock said.

Orange County sheriff's deputies, with help from a department helicopter crew, were able to track the truck based on the victim's description. As Green got out of the truck in Rancho Santa Margarita, he spotted the deputies and was arrested following a short pursuit, Hallock said.
The husband suffered minor injuries, according to authorities, who withheld the victims' names.
