Mysterious Vehicle Possibly Casing Homes

Suspicious behavior attracts the attention of a witness who sees a car cruising Rancho Santa Margarita streets at midnight.

A white Honda was more than a little suspicious early Tuesday morning.

It was shortly after midnight when vehicle with a man inside was driving slowly down Rancho Santa Margarita streets in the Arroyo Vista neighborhood shining a flashlight from the car into the residences.

A witness, who reported the incident from Calle Arcos and Via Marguesa, was concerned that the suspicious behavior was someone casing the neighborhood.

The call to the Orange County Sheriff's Department was made Tuesday, 12:17 a.m.

I'm still waiting for the teachers to produce a receipt for purchases made with MY money.Read More Asking/requiring donations of $20-25.00 a head in a 32 kid classroom is a nice $800.00 potential windfall of which I see nothing of where that $$ is spent.
