Also, road rage causes a man to pull a knife on another driver, and a woman's late-night screams were directed at a video game.

A Radio Shack employee called the Orange County Sheriff’s Department late Tuesday afternoon, saying that an irate woman threatened him at the Rancho Santa Margarita store.

The trouble began after the female customer demanded that the employee call Radio Shack’s CEO about a refund. The employee apparently wasn't going to go over the head of his manager to bother James Gooch, who took over as CEO in May. The woman said she would return with a gun the next time she came into the store.

The woman left in a tan Honda Accord. Deputies were able to find the woman’s residence by pulling up her vehicle information, but no one answered the door when they knocked.
