Police Blotter: Man Caught Masturbating Outside of Albertsons

Also, a distraught woman is dropped off three miles from home.

A manager at Albertsons caught a man masturbating on the side of the Rancho Santa Margarita store, where extra shopping carts are kept, according to a call made to the Orange County Sheriff's Department on Sunday afternoon.

The man was wearing a black shirt and white shorts, and was apparently laying down while he pleasured himself. Deputies detained and eventually arrested the 41-year-old man, who was cited and released from the Intake Release Center.

The call came in around 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, from the 21600 block of Plano Trabuco Road.

A distraught woman called the OCSD Saturday night, saying that her boyfriend dropped her off three miles from her home. She admitted that he abandoned her after a heated argument.

Deputies escorted the woman to her Rancho Santa Margarita residence.

The call came in around 10 p.m. on Saturday, from Aventura and Avenida de las Banderas.

The following is a summary report of calls from Rancho Santa Margarita, Coto de Caza, Trabuco Canyon and Las Flores to the Orange County Sheriff's Department from October 26 to October 28.

Vandalism in Progress 11:18 p.m. Sunday, on Via Amistosa. A woman said her ex-husband had just keyed her car. The woman’s friend saw him before he drove away in a black BMW.

Disturbance 1:13 p.m. Sunday, on Arroyo Vista and Avenida de Las Banderas. A caller was concerned about a group of kids, who were playing with Air Soft guns in a park.

Disturbance 3:14 a.m. Sunday, on Via Amistosa. A caller said a man and a woman were yelling at each other outside.

Suspicious Person/Circumstances 1:31 a.m. Sunday, on Robinson Ranch Road and Lindsay Drive. An informant wanted a deputy to look for a group of youths, who were making noise and drinking at a nearby park.

Disturbance-Music or Party 12:25 a.m. Sunday, on Calle Estero. A caller said revelers from a nearby party were drinking in his street and being loud.

Family Dispute 12:03 a.m. Sunday, 100 block of Via Serena. A woman said her husband had hit her.

Disturbance-Music or Party 10:46 p.m. Saturday, on Shadow Rock Lane and Porter Ranch Road. A man wanted someone to shut down a loud party, which included guitars and amplifiers on his block.

Suspicious Person/Circumstances 7:14 p.m. Saturday, 32200 block of Mill Stream Road. A caller said several men were smoking marijuana in a nearby backyard, and the smoke was wafting into his home.

Suspicious Person/Circumstances 5:52 p.m. Saturday, on Via Prado. A caller said someone was smoking cannabis nearby, and the smoke was entering her house through her window.

Suspicious Person/Circumstances 5:13 p.m. Saturday, 24300 block of Antonio Parkway. A 17-year-old said a 25-year-old man was talking to him, making him feel uncomfortable.

Suspicious Person/Circumstances 2:01 a.m. Friday, on Anana. A woman said someone was ringing her doorbell and banging on her front door.

Suspicious Person/Circumstances 5:50 p.m. Friday, on Arroyo Vista and Avenida de Las Banderas. A caller saw a few teens smoking marijuana in the park.

Welfare Check 10:58 a.m. Friday, 31500 block of Santa Margarita Parkway. An informant said three children were locked inside a silver SUV, that was parked outside of Rite Aid.
