Police Blotter: Man Exposes Himself, Tries to Solicit Sex from Housecleaner

Also, a woman returns home from a walk and suspects that a burglar had climbed into her attic.

Maybe this guy has seen too many adult films.

A woman called the Orange County Sheriff's Dept., to report that while her mother was cleaning a home in Rancho Santa Margarita, a man inside the house exposed his genitals.

The man also offered to pay the mother to have sex with him, according to the informant.

The call came in around 11 a.m. on Wednesday, from Santa Margarita Parkway and Avenida de las Flores.

A woman thought a burglar was in the attic of her Las Flores residence Wednesday afternoon because a piece of wood that was blocking the attic’s entrance had been moved while she was taking a walk.

The call came in around 2 p.m. on Wednesday, from Sunnydale Lane.

The following is a summary report of calls from Rancho Santa Margarita, Coto de Caza, Trabuco Canyon and Las Flores to the Orange County Sheriff's Department from March 7 to March 8.

Suspicious Person/Circumstances 11:35 p.m. Tuesday, on Santa Margarita Parkway and Plano Trabuco Road. An informant noticed a man walking around Econo Lube-n-Tune, checking out the doors and acting strangely.

Disturbance 6:06 p.m. Thursday, on Via Amistosa. A caller heard a man and a woman arguing, banging things and slamming doors in a nearby apartment.

Suspicious Person/Circumstances 10:38 a.m. Thursday, on Calle Gazapo. A woman was concerned about a man who was about to paint a vehicle in a nearby driveway. She was concerned that paint would be sprayed everywhere.

Family Dispute 10:20 a.m. Thursday, on Via Perico. A man was arguing with his 17-year-old son, who was allegedly on drugs during the altercation.

Pedestrian Check 8:24 p.m. Wednesday, on Avenida de las Banderas and Avenida de las Flores. Deputies arrested a 50-year-old man, who is being held on $1,500 bail at the Central Mens Jail.

Disturbance 6:23 p.m. Wednesday, on Via Cresta. An informant reported seeing five people fighting in a parking lot.

Disturbance 6:23 p.m. Wednesday, on Via Honesto and Antonio Parkway. A caller wanted deputies to look for a group of youths that were dashing through the intersection, pushing each other and yelling as they ran.

Warrant Arrest 6:29 p.m. Wednesday, on Via Amistosa. Deputies arrested a 49-year-old man, who is being held on $15,000 bail at the Central Mens Jail.

Traffic Stop 6:18 p.m. Wednesday, on Santa Fe and Alma Aldea. Deputies arrested a 24-year-old man, who was released after posting bond from the Intake Release Center.

Patrol Check 3:10 p.m. Wednesday, 21900 block of Alma Aldea. A woman said four men tried to sell marijuana to her daughter while she was at a park.
