Police Blotter: Neighbor’s Dog Causes Stinky Situation

Also, a man records his neighbor videotaping him.

By the time Orange County Sheriff deputies arrived on Calle Arcos, a couple of neighbors were in their own residences.

The problem, though, was a canine that wouldn't remain at his dog house.

A Rancho Santa Margarita man called the Orange County Sheriff's Department because he was upset his neighbor allowed his dog to continually defecate on the man's property.

Both parties were angry with each other.

The call was made Saturday, about 12:30 p.m.

A Rancho Santa Margarita man said his neighbor had been videotaping him walking inside his residence Sunday afternoon. The informant said he had recorded the neighbor recording him, and had footage to prove it.

The call came in around 4:30 p.m. on Sunday, from Calle Arcos.

The following is a summary report of calls from Rancho Santa Margarita, Coto de Caza, Trabuco Canyon and Las Flores to the Orange County Sheriff's Department from November 30 to December 2.

Suspicious Person in Vehicle 7:46 p.m. Sunday, on Los Platillos. An informant said several men were smoking marijuana inside a Ford pickup.

Citizen Assist 7:18 p.m. Sunday, 30300 block of Esperanza. A woman said she stayed at her storage unit too late and was locked inside Plano Self-Storage.

Assist Outside Agency 6:55 a.m. Sunday, on Rabano. The Orange County Fire Authority needed help with a 45-year-old woman who was suffering from alcohol poisoning. Her husband took her to the hospital.

Disturbance 12:06 a.m. Sunday, 200 block of Montana del Lago Drive. An informant said people were arguing loudly in a nearby condo.

Suspicious Person/Circumstances 8:10 p.m. Saturday, on Via Cresta. A man said three teens were drinking and breaking bottles.

Traffic Accident 6:17 p.m. Saturday, on Santa Margarita Parkway and Avenida de las Flores. Two cars were involved in an accident, and a witness said a baby was in one of the vehicles.

Suspicious Person/Circumstances 4:18 p.m. Saturday, on Santa Margarita Parkway and Avenida de las Flores. A caller said a bald man looked confused.

Citizen Assist 10:47 a.m. Saturday, on San Nicholas. A woman said her 10-year-old daughter had been receiving inappropriate text messages.

Disturbance 2:56 a.m. Saturday, on Las Plumas. A man said a high-pitched buzzing sound coming from his street concerned him, because he thought it might be a motor that could catch fire.

Disturbance 1:32 a.m. Saturday, on Alma Aldea and El Paseo. An informant said someone was standing on the bridge, talking loudly while smoking marijuana.

I thinkRead More it was amazing how far into the playoffs they got and it seems by saying the words "prayers go unanswered" is a negative remark. We should be proud of them for being the underdogs regardless if they won or not.
