Police Blotter: Scantily-Clad Man Seen Loitering Near RSM School

Also, a woman claims that burglars beat her cats after breaking into her home, an invited guest drives a woman nuts, and a man chatting with schoolgirls at a slumber party enrages parents.

It sounds like something out of a Seth Rogan movie.

An informant spotted a nearly-nude man loitering near St. John's Episcopal school in Rancho Santa Margarita early Saturday morning. The man wasn't without clothes; he apparently had a sweatshirt that he used to cover his genitals. He was spotted in a gray Acura.

Deputies with the Orange County Sheriff's Dept., were unable to locate the suspect.

The call came in about 8:45 a.m. on Friday, from the 30300 block of Via Con Dios.

A Rancho Santa Margarita woman said someone had broken into her residence on several occasions, beating her three cats during the home invasions.

The call came in around 3:30 p.m. on Sunday, from the 22100 block of El Paseo.

Invited guest drives woman nuts

A woman claimed she had met a homeless woman at her church and invited her to stay at her RSM residence over the weekend. She thought the transient was crazy, because she sat on her front porch, constantly ringing the doorbell.

The woman said the situation was stressing her out and causing her to experience breathing problems, but she refused medical attention.

The call came in around 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, from the 200 block of Aliento.

Man texting with girls at slumber party enrages parents

A man said his daughter and her friends were at a slumber party in Rancho Santa Margarita late Saturday night and used one of their cell phone to communicate with someone. The person on the other end of the calls was a 38-year-old man.

According to the father, the man had sent nude pictures of himself to the girls on one of their iPhones.

The call came in around 9:08 p.m. on Friday, from Flora del Sol.

Suspicious Person/Circumstances 10:37 p.m. Sunday, on Via Regressos and Melinda Road. A caller saw two young men walking down the street carrying bows and arrows.

Petty Theft 9:00 p.m. Sunday, 22200 block of El Paseo. A security guard from Kohls had detained two women who were caught shoplifting merchandise from the store. Deputies arrested a 20-year-old woman, who was released on her own recognizance from the Intake Release Center.

Disturbance 12:56 p.m. Saturday, on Sepulveda. A man was in an argument with his 20-year-old son, who began throwing items all over the residence.

Disturbance 4:38 a.m. Sunday, 100 block of Montana del Lago Drive. A woman and her brother met another couple at the Irvine Spectrum, brought them home to hang out and then discovered that they had stolen all of the brother's Rolex watches. All of the parties had been drinking that evening.

Warrant Arrest 9:11 p.m. Saturday, on Via Cresta. Deputies arrested a 52-year-old man, who was released after posting bond from the Intake Release Center.

Suspicious Person/Circumstances 7:14 p.m. Saturday, on Colorido. A man wanted deputies to look for a group of youths who were trying to build jumps for their bicycles on a vacant lot.

Pedestrian Check 6:12 p.m. Saturday, on Via Cresta and Via Meseta. Deputies arrested a 19-year-old man, who is being held without bail at the Central Mens Jail.

Reckless Driving 4:45 p.m. Saturday, on Briarwood Lane and Robinson Ranch Road. A man said a few youths were driving crazily in the parking lot of the Trabuco Highlands Community Association.

Disturbance 4:23 a.m. Saturday, 22400 block of Alma Aldea. An informant heard a group of women arguing outside of his apartment.

Disturbance 12:16 a.m. Saturday, 22700 block of El Prado. A caller said two roommates were fighting in a nearby unit.

Suspicious Person in Vehicle 11:27 p.m. Friday, on Summitcrest. A man said his son was followed by a man driving a Ford Econovan.

Traffic Stop 6:26 p.m. Friday, on Plano Trabuco Road and Robinson Ranch Road. Deputies arrested a 23-year-old man, who is being held on $32,500 bail at the Musick Facility.

Traffic Hazard 2:56 p.m. Friday, 21900 block of Avenida de los Fundadores. A driver was annoyed by a number of parents who were illegally parking on the street in front of Country Village Preschool, blocking traffic while trying to pick up their children.

Citizen Assist 1:42 p.m. Friday, on Via Esperanza. A woman said her landlord threatened to back her into a wall.

Suspicious Person/Circumstances 4:20 p.m. Friday, on Fernleaf and Acorn Ridge. A caller was perturbed by a man who was pacing up and down his street while talking on his cell phone.
