Police Blotter: Sex, Drugs and a Rocky Road

Bus stops are sometimes nice places to meet people and have a nice chat, but not Saturday afternoon, where the road to somewhere was pocked by a unwanted incident.
A minor said that he was approached by another man who offered him drugs for a ride. The boy declined.
The other man then began making lewd comments to the caller before finally taking a seat at the bus stop near the north gate into Coto de Caza.

Orange County Sheriff deputies arrived on the scene and briefly detained the man before releasing him.
The call came in about 2:45 p.m. on Saturday, from Antonio Parkway and Coto de Caza Drive.

Elementary school fight draws a big crowd
Remember when fights at the local elementary school involved elementary school kids? Not so on Sunday, when the combatants should have been well-versed for years in cursive and fractions.
Two men, about 18 years old, attracted a crowd of about 30 onlookers at Arroyo Vista Elementary School in Rancho Santa Margarita late Sunday afternoon, according to a witness who called the Orange County Sheriff Dept.
The caller said that one man was on top of the other punching him; in full warrior mode, neither was wearing a shirt
As the brawl winded down, the crowd dispersed toward the basketball courts, and six people were detained by sheriff deputies.
The call came in around 4 p.m. on Sunday, from Sepulveda.

Burglary in Progress 10:52 a.m. Monday, on Via Andeja. An employee from Southern California Edison saw homeowners leave their residence before a man jumped over their backyard fence.
Suspicious Person/Circumstances 12:51 a.m. Sunday, on Parasino and Arroyo Vista. A caller said two men were looking into the windows of cars parked on Arroyo Vista.
Vandalism Report 9:33 p.m. Sunday, on Barneburg. A man said his daughter’s vehicle had been vandalized.
Drunken Driving 7:33 p.m. Sunday, on Santa Margarita Parkway and Alicia Parkway. A caller saw a white Chevrolet Tahoe swerve all over the road.
Disturbance 5:37 p.m. Sunday, on Birdhollow Drive and Heritage Drive. A caller said he was forced off of the road by a white Lexus.
Suspicious Person in Vehicle 8:00 a.m. Sunday, 100 block of Via Vicini. A caller wanted deputies to look for a man, who was seen vomiting out of his Chevrolet Tahoe.
Medical Aid 12:31 a.m. Sunday, 20700 block of Trabuco Oaks Drive. A man said his 28-year-old daughter took 60 Xanax pills. An ambulance transported the woman to Mission Hospital.
Disturbance 9:37 p.m. Saturday, on Spoon Lane. A caller heard two men fighting in the parking lot of the Coto de Caza Golf Club.
Suspicious Person/Circumstances 7:49 p.m. Saturday, 25800 block of Antonio Parkway. A caller said a group of youths had set up generators and lights in the quad area near a multi-purpose room at Las Flores Elementary. Deputies detained and released the teens.
Shots Heard 3:34 p.m. Saturday, on Muirfield. A caller heard three shots nearby.
Disturbance 2:48 p.m. Saturday, on Oso Parkway and Meandering Trail. A caller said youths were throwing water balloons from a pedestrian bridge onto vehicles below.
Grand Theft Report 7:18 a.m. Saturday, on Paseo Pueblo. A woman said items had been stolen from her vehicle.
Traffic Stop 11:12 p.m. Friday, on Trabuco Canyon Road and Live Oak Canyon Road. Deputies arrested a 20-year-old man, who was cited and released from the Intake Release Center.
Suspicious Person/Circumstances 10:07 p.m. Friday, on Via Liebre. A caller saw a group of youths place poppers on the street. Vehicles ran over them and they popped.
Disturbance--Music or Party 7:41 p.m. Friday, on Los Platillos. A caller said there was a loud gathering with underaged drinking on his street.
Warrant Arrest 6:47 p.m. Friday, 20500 block of Trabuco Oaks Drive. Deputies arrested a 60-year-old woman, who is being held on $10,000 bail at the Intake Release Center. She had outstanding warrants for her arrest, pertaining to violations of building codes.
Traffic Stop 12:49 p.m. Friday, on Calle Corta and Aventura. Deputies arrested a 32-year-old man, who is being held without bail at the Central Mens Jail.
Welfare Check 9:30 a.m. Friday, on Via Serena. A woman said she fell and hit her head after taking too many pills. She was transported to Mission Hospital.
Traffic Stop 12:15 a.m. Friday, on Via Honesto and Antonio Parkway. Deputies arrested a 50-year-old man, who was cited and released from the Intake Release Center.
