Police Blotter: Stranger Drank Their Booze, Spent the Night, Punched Hosts in the Morning

Also, a resident is awakened by an unfamiliar man knocking on the door at 3 a.m. who, of course, is intoxicated and shirtless.

A caller reported hearing a loud party somewhere on Sonriente Trail in Coto de Caza Friday evening. The next morning, Orange County Sheriff deputies received a call from one of the men who had thrown the party.

According to the caller, an unfamiliar 24-year-old man, sporting a faux hawk, showed up at the gathering sometime during the night. He drank quite a bit and spent the night at the house, along with several other revelers.

When the man woke up, he began punching a few people, including the caller and a female friend. Although the caller said the still-intoxicated man was still present at the residence, he didn’t want to press charges against him.
