Stan Dziecielski
Occupation: Electrical/instrumentation Technician

Hi my name is Stan Dziecielski. I am an electrician who has worked at the Santa Margarita Water District for 25 years. Like you, I am a rate payer and have been for 25 years. I am ending my career at the District and would like to serve you, the public. I am not affiliated with any special interests so I will not be influenced in any way to serve you, the public.

My intimate knowledge of the District will help me accomplish the following three tasks. First I want to stop water rate increases. Next I want to improve transparency into the inner workings of the District. Transparency will stop wasteful spending and unnecessary projects that will save you money. And third I want to streamline operations & engineering projects through efficiency & accountability measures.

If you choose me as your representative I will always keep your interests at the forefront of my mind when voting on the policy constructs that will keep the District from coming to you with more water tax and rate increases.
