The scheduled meeting tonight of the City Council of Rancho Santa Margarita has been canceled.
Molly McLaughlin, the city clerk, said the reason was because there were fewer agenda items than anticipated.
The council meets the second and fourth Wednesday of each month. The Planning Commission meets the first Wednesday of each month.
The council will next meet on July 24, 7 p.m., at City Hall.
