The City Council of Rancho Santa Margarita will not meet this week.
The five-member council usually meets the second and fourth Wednesday of each month.
As happens periodically, there is a lack of agenda items this week.
The next scheduled meeting of the council is Nov. 13 at City Hall. It will begin at 7 p.m.
