Trabuco Hills Needs Chaperones for Grad Night

Up for an all-nighter? Adults are still needed to ensure a safe party environment for graduating seniors.

One of the popular activities associated with high school commencement is Grad Night, an opportunity for graduating high school seniors to hang together in a safe environment.

Trabuco Hills is still seeking volunteers who can help chaperone Grad Night festivities, which commence shortly after commencement.

According to the school's graduation schedule on Thursday, commencement on the high school's football field begins at 7 p.m. The gates open at 6 p.m.

Following graduation ceremonies—likely to end between 8:30 p.m. and 8:45—students will board buses at 9 p.m. and return Friday, 6 a.m. Chaperones will need to spend the night at the activity and return on the bus.

Volunteers are needed beginning at 6:30 p.m. at the tennis courts up until about 11 p.m. to assist with setup, check-in, bus boarding, and breakdown. Volunteers should arrive by 8 p.m., but chaperones by 9 at the latest.
