Football: OC Top 10 and Patch's Vote After Week 4

There's plenty of movement in the top 10 after some of last week's results were taken into account.

Martin Henderson of Patch.com votes in the weekly Orange County Top 10 Football Poll in cooperation with the Orange County Register.

Henderson's top 10 (last week's ranking in parenthesis):

1. (1) Santa Margarita (5-0)

2. (2) Mission Viejo (5-0)
