Reader Submission: Young Eagles Shine at O.C. Championships
Santa Margarita's frosh-soph boys team battles heat, opponents to place fourth in the annual event.

This year's Orange County Championships Saturday at Mission Viejo High played witness to some very hot performances on an equally hot day to finish the invitational season.
With the temperature peaking in the mid 90s, the Eagles were able to tame the heat and turn out some hot performances of their own to finish fourth in the boys frosh-soph competition. The last dual meet Wednesday against Mater Dei will serve as a final dress rehearsal before select Eagles move on to the Trinity League prelims.
