SMCHS Track, Vintage Gear, for Sale on Black Friday

Santa Margarita Catholic leaves no all-weather turf unturned in raising money to offset the cost of its new track. A piece of history could be the perfect stocking stuffer.

Black Friday may be all about bargain shopping, but this year it could be all about history.

As in purchasing a piece of history and turning it into a perfect stocking stuffer.

Santa Margarita Catholic High's track and field program will hold a fundraiser on Friday at Ballpark Pizza Team in Mission Viejo beginning at 3 p.m.

Between then and closing, vintage apparel from 1999—both the blue and gold jerseys—will be available for purchase.

But for those who really want to keep a part of SMCHS with them, pieces of the distinctive blue all-weather track are also available in slices of 8-inch squares.

Get your piece of the track in 8"x 8" squares for $25, jerseys for $50, last season's practice shirt ($20) and shorts ($20), and throwback gear at fire sale prices of only $5.

The boys track original 1999 jerseys are being sold in order to get new jerseys that are in accordance with the school's new branding guidelines; 14 years of service and these jerseys are still as good as new! Also featuring custom track and field lockets.

Every donation from this fundraiser will help lower the cost of the fees that are going to be raised in order to pay off the new track. Cash and checks are accepted.
