Supporting our Marines

Team 2/5 RSM has been honored to work with the 2/5's Family Readiness Team to give a proper send-off to the 2nd Battalion, 5th Marines - RSM's adopted Marine Battalion - as it deploys to Japan.  We proudly cooked and served over 2,000 breakfast burritos over three mornings, shared some coffee with the Marines and their families, and have distributed snack bags our volunteers put together at Operation Snack Pack.  Check out Team 2/5 RSM's Facebook page for our album of photos of the deployment activities.

We'll be rolling out some programs to help our 2/5 families with the holidays.  For example, we'll be hosting an Angel Tree in the Bell Tower Regional Community Center as part of Operation Help A Hero's Operation Christmas Spirit.  If you'd like to donate gift cards or toys to a Marine family for the holidays, we'll be happy to help you find a way to do so! 

We will also be reaching out for volunteers to help out at the 2/5's Country Christmas Party for the families, coming up on Saturday, December 7.
