Everyone, make the most of it...Before you know it, you will be out of college and looking in theRead More rear view mirror. Dont believe me? Ask any senior in college now from SM who is playing sports or even going to college! Good Luck, SM has prepared you, trust me.

A lot of people are troubled that some student athletes are accepted into universities withRead More significantly lower academic qualifications than non athletes. That is, your little 3.9 Johnny wasn't accepted into UCLA because 3.1 Brutus can "put the ball in the hole".
Willimena February 10, 2014 at 08:32 am
andy fischer is absolutely correct. The whole college/higher education system is a complete racket.Read More Its not at all what it use to be. It is all about these institutions and their administrators raking in the money by the truck loads off of the gullible masses any way they can. I think many families are stuck in the past and are in a fantasy land about what today's college education is supposed to achieve. Not much. Times have changed.
Chris Phillips February 10, 2014 at 09:08 am
The fact here is that college tuition has skyrocketed and parents can not afford to pay it, soRead More today's student graduates with a huge debt and struggles to make ends meet. I agree, colleges are making tons of money from athletics, but if an athlete can get school paid for by playing, it is a great opportunity.
