13th Annual Dove Dash

the 13th Annual Dove Dash

5K/10K run on Sunday, September 29th.  8am



The morning will begin with the former lead singer of the 80's group

Ambrosia, David Pack, singing the National Anthem followed by Season Five winner of "The
Amazing Race", Chip McAllister setting the pace in the lead car

through beautiful Dove Canyon. He will also serve as Master of Ceremonies for the awards presentation and all of the post-race festivities.



You won't want to miss out on the fun!


All registrants will receive a free breakfast provided by Albertson's

and Pepsico along with coffee, generously donated by Starbucks.

Breakfast and coffee will be served at the Dove Canyon Country Club

(breakfast tickets will be located on your racing bib). The goodie bags

will be stuffed with amazing giveaways and coupons and each runner will

receive one raffle ticket which will also be located on the racing bib.


Extra breakfast tickets will be available for $10 each on race day and

extra raffle tickets can be purchased - one for $5, three for $10, and

ten for $20.
You may also want to bring your wallet as Lululemon Athletica will be

selling their clothing!


The post-race festivities will include the award presentation, raffle

prizes, vendor booths, and the band "Fusion Beat." The Kids Fun Run,

hosted by My Gym, will go off at 9:00 a.m. directly in front of the

Country Club.


Registration and packet pick up will be available at Gold's Gym (just

outside the Dove Canyon gate) on Saturday afternoon between 3:00 and

6:00 p.m. and on Sunday morning between 6:30 and 8:00 a.m. But don't

wait until race weekend as rates will increase. 



Both races will start just inside the gates of Dove Canyon on the

corner of Dove Canyon Drive and Sycamore Canyon. Shuttle service will

be available compliments of Best Chauffeured. 


The 5K run will be held on a rolling hills course that winds through

the private community of Dove Canyon and ends right in front of Dove

Canyon Country Club. 



The 10K run travels the same path as the 5K then moves onto the golf

course for the remainder of the journey, also ending directly in front

of the country club. Please note that no strollers will be allowed on

the 10K course as there are some steep hills to navigate.
